Not only are the products phenomenal, they are Canadian brand and the customer service is next level. I ordered a product from amazon, not even their direct website - I had a small problem with the lid, I emailed them directly. Not only did they reply right away, they offered to replace the lid at zero cost to me and everything was squared away within a few days. I have NEVER experienced such effortlessly unparalleled customer service. Will only be purchasing from this company moving forward.
WOW! Not only does GROSCHE make a great product they really stand behind it. I had an issue with a Mocha Pot. I called customer care and Shawna helped me fix the problem immediately. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Could not have wished for a better experience or a better cup of coffee!! Thank you GROSCHE! And I am so happy I can support Canada.

Grosche is such an outstanding brand! I have purchased their French press products, and I could not be more pleased about the quality and the experience I feel when making my coffee every morning. Bought 20oz tumbler. Cheap lid, broke after about 6 weeks of use. Emailed CS, no response. Wish I would have gone with a more reputable company.
