Grosche is such an outstanding brand! I have purchased their French press products, and I could not be more pleased about the quality and the experience I feel when making my coffee every morning. Shawna, their product support specialist, helped me replace my Melbourne French Press with the Dublin French Press. Bought 20oz tumbler. Cheap lid, broke after about 6 weeks of use. Emailed CS, no response. Wish I would have gone with a more reputable company.
I got a phonecall to say the tea I had ordered was out of stock. I chose a replacement, and my order, which included an expresso maker, arrived the next day, to make up for the inconvenience. It was supposed to arrive in a week. I am so pleased! Take that, Trump!
Great bottles! Love that the straw is completely covered when clicked close. 4 star because I had an issue with mine and they replaced it, although I received a 20oz instead of 40oz (my fault because I forgot to specify).They said they would rectify it and ship out the 40oz to me but I never received it. No response when I reached out back to customer service. However I did create another order with Christmas gifts because the bottles are good.
