High quality products and excellent customer service. There was a mix up on the engraving of the stainless steel French Press and they were so easy to speak with someone, and was able to fix it right away. The quality of the French Press is amazing and it feels like it will last forever. It even included two extra mesh filters. Definitely would recommend this amazing Canadian company that also provides safe drinking water with each purchase.
I recently purchased a Joliette teapot from Grosche (Dec 2025). A tea lover's dream -- thoughtfully engineered and perfectly crafted. Simple to use, clean, and never a drop spilled while pouring. A very, very welcome addition to our kitchen! Grosche's "every cup" promise is icing on the cake.
Not only are the products phenomenal, they are Canadian brand and the customer service is next level. I ordered a product from amazon, not even their direct website - I had a small problem with the lid, I emailed them directly. Not only did they reply right away, they offered to replace the lid at zero cost to me and everything was squared away within a few days. I have NEVER experienced such effortlessly unparalleled customer service. Will only be purchasing from this company moving forward.
WOW! Not only does GROSCHE make a great product they really stand behind it. I had an issue with a Mocha Pot. I called customer care and Shawna helped me fix the problem immediately. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Could not have wished for a better experience or a better cup of coffee!! Thank you GROSCHE! And I am so happy I can support Canada.
