1 Star — I genuinely wish I could give zero. Let me just say… Grosch Dental, LLC has single-handedly given me more stress than any dentist should ever be responsible for. Let’s start with my prior visit back in September, which was already a hot mess. The lady scheduled to clean my teeth took my blood pressure while shoving painful tools in my mouth for x-rays. I like it here, but sometimes they are hard to get ahold of and you have to leave a message.
I came here for a filling in 2021, and left with three years of rancid breath, and when I tried to get my records? Nada. Ignored me twice. Even told my next dentist I'm in collections-like that's their business and not covered under PHI. Professional? Nope. If you're lucky, you get a clean tooth; if not, good luck breathing in public. Save your money.
