I had one appt with Ms Grosch. I did not make any additional appts. I never received any upcoming appointments reminders. The next thing I was aware of was a collection call from Fox Collection Agency for the amount of $290,25. I have excellent insurance and the one appt was paid in full by my insurance. I never received a bill nor was my insurance billed which would have been fraudulent. I know I informed the lady I would not be back when I checked out. I have PTSD which is treated by the VA.
