Bought a puff co bong here 3 days ago, the changing cord melted inside the bong. I was only using the charger supplied it should not have melted. I wasn't given a receipt so puff co will not replace it. No one here will answer the phone. I was traveling but guess I'm traveling again for a damn refund or receipt.

A very clean & cool shop with a chill atmosphere. Excellent products worth every dime. Would highly recommend!
Went there yesterday (Friday) around noon no one was there. Came back today on Saturday. It’s closed even tho the hours on the door say otherwise. Pretty lame
