A friend and I attempted to patronize this establishment during their happy hour 07/19/19(today) and we were turned away because my black leather sandal did not have a strap on the back. This was a disappointing experience as I just moved here in April and I’m trying to enjoy my new city’s social and entertainment venues.
Last night, my cousins, sister and I wanted to go out to Grooves. When we got there at 11:37, NO ONE was in the club and the “manager” was sitting at the booth and told us it was $20 to get in. I asked him why because no one was in there. He then responded that we didn’t have to be there and we could leave. So we left. He was very unprofessional and rude. That is not how a business should be run. No matter the circumstances. I will NEVER return.

Popular place for adult fun but the staff can be rude.
Every time I come here I have to beg one of your waitress to take my order and if they feel like you there for happy hour they will not serve you this is so unprofessional I came out with a few friends and we were looking to get a section and a bottle but because the waitress was rude we left and I'm sure we will not be back. I wasn't there for happy hour I was there to have a good time with friends but I will not support a business that treats their customers like shit.
