I purchased my gold certified RAV4 a few months ago along with the platinum service agreement, and was told I'd get the first two oil changes free along with several other services and my certified gold warranty. Yet when I went in to get my first oil change I was told I didn't have any kind of agreement or warranty??? I was too exhausted at the time to deal with it, I told them it was bs and they did the first oil change free because I was upset, but they said I wouldn't be getting the second one... I wish they had people who were a little more friendly with people because unfortunately I had a very unsociable person.
My Toyota place! Still Family owned when all the others in the Denver area are mega corporate run.
I went in today for a scheduled oil change. I waited in the express lounge because the main lounge was a little crowded. While waiting I overheard the lady at the desk complaining about her job, other employees and even customers. She went on to flirt with the techs and talk dirty. She even expressed how she wanted to fight different employees. It was very unprofessional and after hearing some of the things they say about the employees and service techs I will no longer bring my 4 vehicles back here.
