I'm due for my 10k service on my Rav4 that I just bought from Groove last year, so I made an appointment online. Day of the appointment, I called to confirm how much time I would be waiting, as I have a newborn baby, so we really need to be strategic with our outings! They told me "an hour, maybe an hour and a half tops" but that they'd work to get me in and out. Top-tier service! Aiden, my service advisor, and my service technicians, Travis and Sean, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle issue was taken care of. I knew something was wrong with the transmission in my RAV4 prior to bringing it in based off of how it was driving. I visited two other Toyota dealers and they basically told me I was crazy. Ok been so I have been here three times for maintenance services as part of the Toyocare and not one time did they rotate my tires and they never once informed me until I tested them and marked a wheel on my third visit. This will be my last visit here because my tires wore faster and their lack of transparency.
The TPS system after tire rotation is always on. Paid $800 for nothing. Don't recommend this place.
I took my rav4 here for transmission because it was not shifting properly after stopping. The shop quoted me $8,000 to replace the transmission. I said no thanks, went home and tried to reset the Transmission’s computer by unhooking the battery overnight. It appears to have worked (that’s the good news). This morning (after having the car operating for just 1 day after my visit) when I put the car in reverse to back out of the driveway I hear a scraping.
