I had the pleasure of working with Kyle T as my service advisor this morning. I am very pleased with the way in which I was treated and how courteous the staff was. The repairs done on my car were efficient and I was updated in a timely manner on pricing and service length. I have had several services done here in the past two years and have had a good experience every time. Kyle in specific was knowledgeable and kind and was a pleasure to work with. I had a great experience at Groove Subaru today. Louis Wommer provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. GROOVE DOES NOT HAVE EXPRESS SERVICE. The building says so but the operate on appointments. They are also incredibly slow. Show up at 740am wait in express line to be first only to be told 3-4 hours for an oil change and they will probably keep the car overnight for a transmission flush…. At 8am. Go to automation they are kind and great.
I have used groove subaru service for several years. When I go for an oil change they invariably find 2 or 3 other items they deem critical to fix. Six months ago they told me I needed new struts and shocks. I declined to get them fixed, thinking that I would repair them during my next oil change. Last weekend I took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that they had flagged my shocks and struts. This time they passed (didn't know they could regenerate) but they found an "oil/fuel leak". They kept my car for three days ... read more
