I had always heard that Subaru was a good brand. So far after two years, that is true but the service departments are horrible. At least the two I have been to in south Denver are and they claim it is corporate policy so I expect the experience would be the same everywhere. I had only used them for the overpriced oil changes and mandatory tire rotations every three months. I was a long-time Groove Subaru customer and, for most routine visits, the service experience was smooth and convenient. My concern is not that every job is poor. In my experience, the dealership seems capable of handling the vast majority of routine work correctly. The problem is what happens when something falls outside that routine process. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle T as my service advisor this morning. I am very pleased with the way in which I was treated and how courteous the staff was. The repairs done on my car were efficient and I was updated in a timely manner on pricing and service length. I have had several services done here in the past two years and have had a good experience every time. Kyle in specific was knowledgeable and kind and was a pleasure to work with. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks for the great work!

I had a great experience at Groove Subaru today. Louis Wommer provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Thank you, Louis, for your outstanding service! I highly recommend Groove Subaru and will definitely come back.

GROOVE DOES NOT HAVE EXPRESS SERVICE. The building says so but the operate on appointments. They are also incredibly slow. Show up at 740am wait in express line to be first only to be told 3-4 hours for an oil change and they will probably keep the car overnight for a transmission flush…. At 8am. Go to automation they are kind and great.
