I’ve been doing business with groove Subaru for my wife’s forester since 2017 for all preventive maintenance services and any work that had to be done to the car, but will no longer return to this service center. Starting last year, we came in with a AT oil temp light. After doing some research, found out it could lead to more complicated issues, so trusting our service center of choice, we went ahead and approved all the recommendations they presented. Incredible communication, incredible work. Highly recommend
The quality of this service center has gone downhill fast. They consistently need the car for over a week for basic repairs, they charge 2-3x prices of other shops and they are horrible with their communications. They consistently say an oil change will take 2 days and you are still waiting on your first update 3 days later. If you're going to charge double or triple, at least offer better service. Tired of giving them another chance - we won't be returning.
