Parts counter female employee seems to have an attitude for no reason when asking about part numbers and prices while on the phone. Act professional like seriously come on lady. Big time predatory prices for parts as well. Better to just stay away from these people and buy from subaru parts online or dedicated enthusiasts online shops. 🤡
Called in to ask for pricing on a gallon of coolant. Their website shows $28.27, but was told it was $70/gal. Over double is crazy... Mike Shaw has it for $31.16.
Helpful staff, predatory pricing. One price online, another price if you walk in. I called it out and was given a “one time price adjustment”. Why is the world this way? I buy your product, you should not be commissions based for parts when I am trying to fix your product that broke on me :( i experience 250% markup (over 120$ diff) online vs in person prices. Shameful.
They sell parts above Msrp
