We purchased a 2017 used car from Groove Subaru yesterday with Chris Giordano's help, and it went GREAT! (Never had this good of an experience with a car dealer before!) I'm more than ecstatic with my new wrx purchase from groove! Not only did they offer me great value for my older car trade in, but Brandon Presley made this car buying experience amazing and easy for me! His knowledge and passion were forefront and definitely made me more comfortable during decision making. I highly recommend him if you have any questions about a new subaru! I have also had great experience during my services and checkups here, and the online appointment scheduler is super convenient
Groove Subaru is probably the worst car dealership I have dealt with in 25 years. To make a very long story short we spent 3 weeks getting repairs done on a Hyundai Tuscon that they either failed to do or ignored. Finally we were told an engine issue would be another $5000 and we returned the car. You can look at the whole story on yelp if you so feel inclined. Worst dealership ever!!! Also surprise, the car is listed online again as of today (Feb 2). I hope you have an extra $5000 to put into this money pit.
