I had to bring my Mazda in because of the engine light came on and various other symbols that have been annoying. They got the car in the same day and was able to find the problem. The price was reasonable and am so glad that was fixed. Sean was the tech who we spoke to and he was very pleasant and patient.

The service agent did a great job keeping me informed throughout the service of my vehicle. The lower rating resulted when a salesman started a cx5 on the showroom floor immediately infront of the table I was sitting at, and he kept it on even though I informed him the exhaust flood the area I sat at. He should have done this outside where it would not cause harm to anyone.

This was a follow up appointment for a minor item after getting a fluid and tire rotation service. I had felt as though I was lost in the shuffle, as it is so hard to make an appointment on the Mazda app or by calling in. Izzy was kind and noted my frustration.
