The actual process of purchasing the car was fine. Our salesperson was nice and the car was a good price, although the salesperson didn't know much about the car. There were two follow-up items though that have soured my perception of this dealership and I would have been happier paying more to avoid the following hassles. 1. The charger for the car doesn't work. We had another dealership close to my house inspect the car the day after purchase and they found that the charger was faulty.
