Unprofessional & disorganized. I made an appointment back in January to have a haircut this weekend as part of a particular special. I had an email confirmation of my booked appointment & a message from the owner (Brandy) stating that the special was available until June 8th. When I went to go to my appointment this weekend, the salon was closed. I messaged the owner & she said the special offer expired in March, & there had been a “mix up” in scheduling.
