Jared was great!!!! He gets the 5 star.... brought our company vehicle in with a shifting issue they got it diagnosed with in 3 days but then it takes 5 1/2 weeks to get the truck back from them. I think if they are this backed up they should ask other dealers for help instead of taking on more work than they can handle I know they got to their people employed but I lost my employee due to us not having a vehicle for him to work out of since they had it so long.
I brought my service truck into Arapahoe Ford for a $179 oil change, and they failed to complete even the most basic parts of the job. The oil cap was left off, and the drain plug was not properly torqued. This isn’t a minor oversight—this is fundamental maintenance.
