AutoNation doesn’t provide pickup/delivery and Groove did. The call center gave me different information compared to the service advisor. They quote up to several business days for repair issues which could be reasonable considering nobody knows what the issue is until after a tech looks at it. But an Uber would cost me $70 with tip for round trip and I don’t see the dealer adding enough value to warrant that. My vehicle required "Recall" work. I had to bring it in initially in order for someone to take photos to send to Ford. Ford approved the work and sent parts. I had to return the vehicle a second time to get the work done. My thoughts: If Ford issued the recall, why should they require me to drop off and pick up my vehicle twice? I'm thinking that Ford wants to make it as difficult as they can.
My experience at AutoNation was awesome. The entire transacton process took about two hours and a half.
