Worst dealership experience I've ever had. Service technicians were very disrespectful nor engaging. My service technician never looked at me, never said hello, and never said thank you. He got my milage and confirmed my phone number then walked away. This is why I always have my service done at a local auto shop where they recognize me as an important customer who likes to engage in a conversation about my vehicle, and they interact professionally with an obvious personality.
The absolute WORST service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Extensive, unnecessary delays in getting my 3-month old vehicle taken care for non-mechanical warranty repairs, due to various reasons such as my car sitting on the lot for 3 days before even having the car initially looked at by the technician (despite having a scheduled appointment), the technician not reading the service advisor's notes carefully and not asking for clarification, poor communication by the original service advisor which resulted in a ... read more
