Great service, oil change cost me about $125 for my explorer timberline. Topped off fluids included in price. Would recommend!
Big difference from the last time I visited Ford. As I was pulling in Juan johnny on the spot and directed me to pull up further and assisted me right away. My service advisor was Sunny, he was busy at the time but he was told I was waiting. while waiting another service advisor walked up and asked if I have been helped. The technicians are polite, nice and helpful. This place is so popular it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. It is not “Quick Lube.” I have now used up my credits from Ford for service, therefore I am going back to doing my own oil changes. With the upselling, tire rotation cost $35, cabin filter $50+, an oil change comes to almost $200. That is just too much for someone who is a handyman at this stuff.
