Erik Howard made my experience exceptionally. I had a few issues with my F150. He was able to get them all addressed and repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop and ask for Erik!

I was at this location yesterday morning. I made an appointment via the Ford App the day before. I worked with Chris who was a pleasure to work with. He was informative and to the point which I enjoyed. When we first spoke he said he wasn't sure if he could get my truck in to diagnose and repair my issue. I really appreciate his honesty but I question why they had so many available appointments the day before if they don't have adequate staffing. And why my tailgate actuator failed below 20k miles.
