Kept vehicle for 3 days for door seal replacement.....that was while they ordered seals. Still have not had work done.
Service Representative had no idea of my initial scheduling request when it was dropped off. Did the bare minimum, took over 2 years, and 3 visits to take care of recalls. Rep also charged a service oil package (3 services) of $200 dollar with no acknowledgment. I believe this was done as this was a fleet vehicle using Element. Who would think I wanted to come back for a simple oil change after my experience!
Got my tires mounted here and it took them about 2 1/2 hours. When I got the truck back I realized that they didn’t balance any of my wheels. Not only that but all of my tires were around 4 to 13 psi off of where they were suppose to be.
Do not go to this dealership for any reason!!! Installation for a new starter (the second one in 3 years) has taken a full week at the cost of $1200!!! They've had his Ford Escort for a week, since Feb 21st and they're just starting to work on it today Feb 28th! Our family has been in turmoil living with only one car this whole time. I would never buy a Ford again of any kind! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I called 5 times this morning, during posted open hours, and was either sent to a voicemail or hung up on each time. My wife is standing at a local shop being told we need to spend $500 on a service that may be covered under our service agreement, but no one will answer the phone to help me confirm if it is covered. Their morning coffee break and chat session is more important than customers.
