Everything was a great experience! Got my 2016 f150 in with no problems got a diagnosed got with the warranty company and within one week had a very severe issue with my transmission mainframe fixed with no cost to me. Patrick in service was very knowledgeable and very informative and kept me apprised of everything every step of the way. I'd like to thank you and of course the tech that got my truck back on the road. Thanks again groove Ford thanks again service advisor Patrick!
One star because I Can't put - numbers. 3 times 3 days immediately put on hold for over 30 min at a time only to be disconnected buy there automated service explaining they're too busy to take your call
Well, now I understand why the reviews are so low. I have tried for years to get my airbag that's defective changed and they never had the right part. By the way, this defective airbag can act like shrapnel when it goes off & kill you. Then when I call to make appointments I always get a voicemail and I never get a returned call, I guess because lives don't matter to them. If I ever go to purchase a car, it will not be from here.
One of the worst fords service in Colorado I change new front wheel but they left my spare tire outside wow remember finish your work because we pay for your work
Malori is a sweetheart but the rest of the staff has a real attitude problem. Definitely go to the Discount Tire across the street instead if possible.
