Went in for a simple diagnostic, got quoted a price I agreed to. Then received a quote for work i did not want or approved. Went in to pay the first bill and pick up my truck, and they added 30% more than my original quote without any approval from me. When I refused to pay the extra 30% they called the police and told me I was trying steal from them. My son and his wife purchased a car from from Groove Ford back in January. It’s now April and we still can’t get Jeremy Ellingwood to answer any phone call or email regarding financing. They lied when we bought the car and said everything was finalized. Now we can’t get tags, can’t start making payments on the loan that doesn’t exist and can’t get Jeremy to say anything other than “you can come in today”- 8 days ago, in a response to an inquiry that was made via email 8 days before that. This is insane!
Turns out they did not install my breaks correctly, which another dealer was able to diagnose so if they can’t handle a basic break job can you trust them for anything? I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Groove Mazda, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be aware. Sold me a dud and will not help rectify the situation. They are scammers.
I was invited in for an interview at their office in Centennial and I was told I would hear back the following week and instead they ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional and rude to do that. I would suggest going somewhere where your time is valued and repected.
