On 10/09/24, i purchased a 2003 Lance Cab Over Camper from Michael Grooms/Grooms Concrete after responding to a advertisement from Sondee Splawn Moreno who assured me, In Writing, the the Roof was in Good Condition and later Mr Grooms, too, stated the roof was in good condition so i made the 450 mile trip to Rocksprings.
