I love dr Grooms. He has been my dr for years. He is very friendlly and funny.
I'm a young mom and I saw doc Grooms 3 times for very short periods time through out my entire pregnancy. I saw the nurse practitioner the rest of the time. This should of been a warning to me because my doctor never got to know me as a person and build up a caring relationship. 2 years ago a delivered at St. Agnes, I was only 21, perfect health but want given proper care & after only ten hours of labor rushed into trying to deliver vaginally or threatened to have a C-sec. I ended up having a C.
In and out too quick to stubborn doesnt want to be supportive
The doctor is fine but the staff (specially front desk) is so bad. Appointments are rescheduled over and over, they offer no information about ANYTHING. They are rude and uncaring. If it wasn't because I was referred to Dr grooms, I would not continue going here.
I loved their staff. And my nurse was the best I was disappointed at thee d of my pregnancy because I wasn't going to be able to attend that doctors anymore.
