Very bad and traumatized experience for my dog. First visit at this place because all PetSmart grooming salons are very busy. My 1 yr old dog was beaten and hurt by the employees at this place, he had swollen mouth and his right eye was so red, supposedly because he was aggressive and bite everyone there, my dog has never been aggressive ever. Based on my experience at Groomingville, I do not recommend them. After research and based on a recommendation, on April 3rd, I took my 6 month old golden doodle puppy to Groomingville for his first grooming visit for what ended up being a traumatic and terrible experience for him and my family. RecommendedTook my dog here today and our experience was amazing! After having a bad experience at petsmart my husband and I decided to try this place out! My dog has never looked so good and been so calm after a trip to the groomers. Y’all did amazing with him! Can not say thank you enough.

I saw a post about a dog who leash was grabbed so tight that the poor little dog now has blood shot eyes and Groomingville refused to pay Vet bill or show owner the video SMH if nothing was done why refuse to show video....I would not trust my pets with this company bad business treating business and customer service is not great you take care of these kind of problems before they get to the Public's View these are members of families that you're treating. SMH.....
They choke my friend’s dog until his eyes turn bloodshot and refuse to take an accountability. They are rude and unprofessional, when you call they yell and hang up the phone. For your dog’s DO NOT bring them there
They choked my sisters dog with a lesh or used excessive force according to his vet documents. My sisters dog now has blot shot eyes. He’s no bigger than 5lbs so I just don’t understand who could be so cruel
Groomingville uses excessive force on their animals to perform their services. They held my friends dog so tight that it caught a blood clot in its eye. Would NOT recommend.
