our Yorkshire mix terrior had an unfortunate razor burn on his scrotum that caused skooting and a subsequent infection. We think this should have resulted in a learning experience for the groomer, Molly, however the company simply became defensive, responding to another review I wrote with frank lies. They injured my shih-tzu Teddy after his last grooming. He has several burns/cuts under his chin that were not there before he went in. I have taken a photo of the injuries and demand a refund because he was butchered.
