Took our pomeranian multiple times and was happy, last 2 times were horrible. First time I dropped dog off, and paid so wife wouldn't have to when she picked her up, but they charged my wife also. Took 5 days to get one of our payments back. 2nd chance asked for lion cut, nails done, and trim tail. Wife picked her up, and basically completely shaved, tail not trimmed, and nails not cut. We will no go back to this establishment .
