I'm glad this place is closed! The groomer completely and savagely broke the tail OFF OF THE SPINE of a German Shepard named TT. TT was a sweet girl and a service dog to a veteran. TT had to have surgery to amputate her tail and groomingadale took no responsibility and hung up the phone. Absolutely sickening people, I don't want to know what they did to other animals. I'm glad JUSTICE was served, thanks to everyone who helped that happen. F*** them!

They hire felons to groom the animals there! The workers abuse the dogs there and the owners know it. Google this place and don’t take your animals there,

You as the Owner of your Pet Salon should take responsibility for your employee Suthann's actions as your employee at your Salon because the incident that happened is all over the internet and it happened inside your Salon!!! It is YOUR PROBLEM NOW!!!! That was horrific video shown on the internet was from inside your Pet Salon!!! Oh my god, that poor German Shepard !! How dare you treat her that way. in the video she is being ripped around like a rag doll. and to have to have the tail amputated . Shut your doors for good!!!!!!!!

Before taking your dog here please research and read reviews of what happen to TT the female German Sheppard - While getting a NAIL TRIM her tail was yanked so hard it separated from the spin and had to be amputated. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD CLOSED ITS DOORS!!! You have no business being around animals!!
