Groomingdales is Wondeful! I am new to Rockport and was in desperate need with my baby needing a new "Do". Teresa is a great groomer who really cares about dogs. Mine left with a show quality "Do" and a happy kick in her step. She knew she was walking out a pretty girl. 2009 Since this review I've added 2 more Coton's to my family. A beautiful male and another female. 2 years with Teresa and she does all my doggie do's let me stress - she is fabulous!!! I don't let any other groomers touch my babies. Highly Recommend Groomingdales! My Scottish Terrier, Dudley, is a regular customer at Groomingdales. Owner, Teresa Thomas, is an excellent groomer and she is so good to Dudley!
Awesome Groomer! I took my 4mo. old Yorkie, Chloe, for her first "beauty" spot.She came out so pretty and so happy! Teresa did an awesome job and gave me some great tips to use at home.Chloe will see Teresa every month. I highly recommend Groomingdale's!
Birds Galore This sweet little town has the best downtown area.. You can walk the Strip and love every minute of it! If you like Birds, turn on Main street (only one way to turn) and there on the corner is Groomingdales. Maccaws, every kind of parrot you can think of, love birds, all for you to enjoy or buy! PROS: CONS: closes at 6p.m.
Milan We adopted a Coton de Tulear two years ago. I have tried a number of groomers in my hometown, but once I had her groomed at Groomingdales, I was SPOILED. Now I drive to Rockport to have her "done."
Beware Not very clean, I watched her leave a small white dog on the table by it's self while she did other things, my poor baby can hardly walk today, her nails are all splintered, never seen anything like this in the 6 years we have had her! We will never go back to Teresa at Groomingdales! She does not have a very nice demeanor if the dogs do not do exactly as she wants. Not happy at all, I am ashamed at myself for even leaving my baby there.
Great Place! Teresa at Groomingdales is the BEST! She has been caring for Ollie, my Bichon, for nearly a year now. Ollie was a rescue and Teresa has worked wonders with him--both inside and out. He goes in scruffy and comes out oh-so-handsome. Even though he has a standing monthly appointment, Teresa always finds the time to fit him in for those special times between appointments. I wouldn't take Ollie anywhere else. I highly recommend Groomingdales.
This place is horrible!! over priced and attention to detail!! The owner is a chatter box!! She lost a dog just the other day. Poor baby belongs to a friend of mine. was found 2 days later Thirsty Hungry Scared and Bleeding paws!!! For the Live of pets do Not take your here!!
