Love Groomingdales! They are experienced, kind and love dogs! I have been going there for a long time and always made to feel special. Plus my dog Kimber loves going there! She can practically walk there herself from the corner! The owner is a super special pet lover that enjoys what she does and runs a tight ship with excellent supervision as we! Thank you Groomingdales! I took my cocker spaniel there today for the first time. We are from CT and had been driving back there for dog grooming. A friend recommended Groomingdales and I am so pleased! My little dog has a precision show cut, which they duplicated perfectly! HORROR!!!My Beatiful Lizzie is a victim of a groomers negligence at that place who refuses to take any responsibility for their actions. Groomingdales is a great pet salon. Our Tibetan Terrier, Lucy, has been a very happy dog each and every time she gets washed, groomed, and has a nail clipping. The staff couldn't be nicer. They are mindful of our requests. They clearly love animals. We feel welcomed whenever we visit, and Lucy looks great. I highly recommend Groomigdales. Another plus, is that their prices are more reasonable than the other groomers in the neighborhood. We fell fortunate, indeed.
11-12-13 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE GROOMERS! I was a loyal customer and honestly they didn't deserve my loyalty - this was strike 3 out of 5 haircuts! HORRIBLE customer service too! They take "notes" as to how you'd like your dog's hair cut, do what they want to do and then tell you you didn't tell them not to. After visiting many pet grooming establishments on the upper east side, I became a loyal customer several years ago. By far THE BEST grooming in NYC. We've since moved out of manhattan to brooklyn-- but still come here!

best place ever!!!! – Everytime they work on my doggie....bath him clean him and groom him my puppy looks like a star and smells yummy. They are the best in the city in my opinion and not only mine.Love your service and love you guys
Never return!!!! – They groomed my dog too short and ignored to what I had to say. My dog was shaking for over a week from adjusting to the weather.
