This was our first visit to Groomingdales since our last groomer closed her shop. Melody jessica and Heather were amazing from the time I scheduled the appointment to keeping me updated throughout the day on my bernedoodle she has a difficult coat because she has three layers of hair and they did an absolutely wonderful job could not be more pleased
Amazing first spa trip for our Brucey! He’s so soft, smells so good and looks adorable in his little bandana. The staff was amazing and just doted on him. Thanks for squeezing us in and taking such great care of our baby!

I was in pinch for our mini bernedoodle to be groomed today, I called first thing in the morning (never have been here before and have a regular groomer for her but couldn’t get me in a for over a week.). They were awesome ~ got me right in and groomed her exactly how I wanted her. I’m very happy with the friendly customer service and our Pixie 🧚♀️ looks beautiful!!!!! Thank you so much, we will be back in 6 weeks! 😊
Our family is a first time dog owning family! I feel so lucky that I have Groomingdales for our fur baby💗. The staff is so personable, understanding, informative, and they go out of their way to answer any questions or offer up any advice. It is a lovely experience every single time we go! I highly recommend them!

Best service ever. My sheltie was really not looking great and we’ve had him groomed by others, but this was a transformation. It’s like they knew what he should look like and made it happen! Loyal customer just created!
