Took my pup there years ago for routine grooming. She was cut approximately 1 1/2 inch on her belly. The shaving was done by an inexperienced woman instead of the person who was hired to do. Instead of calling me, they held her down while they ran to the store to buy some " skin glue". They held her down and glued the cut closed! Can you imagine how scared she was?
