Happy Kitty My cat came back in good shape sometimes and not so good in others. He was generally a happy little guy, unless you touched his rear end, but sometimes he was just miserable after going to Grooming Extraordinaire. One time he came back with big holes in his fur coat.

VERY DISSATISFIED I took my puppy there for a total of 3 visits. Each time it took them 6 or 7 hours to let me know my puppy was ready to be picked up (even after requesting shorter visits). While waiting for my puppy to have her cut finished I could hear her yelping in the back. Did not cut her hair like I had requested. I would not recommend taking your dog there.

Extremely Dissatisfied It took them from opening to closing to finally call to tell me my dog was done. She came back with a very shaggy and choppy cut, which was nothing close to what i asked for. The people were not exactly friendly but not hostile, however it is nearly impossible to reach them because their phone goes straight to voicemail. definately not a place I am going to return to.

Large breed Groomer Grooming Extraordinaire cleaned and groomed my golden retriever. I wanted him trimmed so he would be cooler during the summer, and they did a great job. They did exactly as directed. They do take about 4 hours and I waited about 4 weeks. The cost was $65. However, they combed out all the loose hair PROS: window viewing, dog looked beautiful(fur soft) CONS: long wait for appointment and price is high

pretty happy I take my very small dog there. I pay extra to have the express service to bring her in at 9 and pick her up at noon. The people I find very friendly and are extremely busy. They try very hard to please. My dog looks the best coming from there than from any other groomerI have tried, though it is never perfect. The price is worth it. I am very happy and the customers I see picking up their dogs all seem pretty happy.

Another good groomer for the South Bay. Grooming Extraordinaire is located in a quiet part of Willow Glen. It's best to make a reservation at least 2-3 days in advance, ; and plan to leave your pet for about 3 hours before they are ready to be picked up. They aren't cheap - my 15 pound dog costs me about $50 to get a haircut and wash; but they do a great job and the staff is very friendly. PROS: Friendly staff, my dogs are always happy to go there CONS: Expensive
