The previous (-) reviews must have been during the time the Grooming Club was not open or closed for renovations......As far as my experience I have never been in a Male Grooming Facility that was as Professional, Clean, and Relaxing as this one.......the second I walked thru the door I was greeted as if I was walking into a 5 star Restaurant....The staff was polite, friendly and Professional.....and the atmosphere and the Look of the Grooming Club was unlike anything I have ever seen!!!!! Don't waste your time. It's a shame because the shop looks very nice but the barbers and owner don't care about appointments. If you enjoying waiting for hours and your barber not showing, this is the shop for you! Yesterday, after two attempts and THREE hours spent waiting for a barber to cut my hair. I was asked to wait in the parking lot because 'Major' the barber never showed up. Management needs to make sure when barbers set appointments they stick to them or at least reach out to reschedule.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up to the location, the building was dark and still closed. I tried calling a few times with no response and the voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. I can't comment on the ability of the stylists, the interior, etc. as I did not actually receive any services. I'm not sure if they are closed permanently or just didn't want to open today, but will not be trying again.

Stellar performance ! A total class act experience. I took my boys for cuts and not only was it a perfect hair cut but an awesome experience for the both of them. We made appointments so they wouldn't have a long wait. I guess my worries of finding great barbers are over. That's for the service and I'll be sure to recommend you guys to everyone I know!!
