Poor customer service when I had an issue about my dog being shaved to his skin. I was told I was wrong... even though the one who groomed him lied about his condition. I was never called or asked if he could be shaved off... he’s a Bichon and has very sensitive skin anyway and now he is shaved soo close he looks pink and his skin is irritated. I was told to just give him benedryl?! Needless to say we won’t be back and I paid $52 and all they did was bathe and shave my dog bald. I could have done that myself at home. Sad. Be... read more

My doodle had her first appointment today, and I am so pleased! Her cut was just as requested, her nails were trimmed and filed, and despite my dog’s typical anxiety, she was happy to be dropped off and happy when I picked her up! We will be returning customers!
Our first visit was today with our Great Dane, Gunner. We searched for somewhere in town that had great ratings. Staff was great and Gunner looks fabulous! Facility appeared clean and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Highly recommended, we will be back! Thank you!! 😊
