Katie S is our rep for ordering. We had so many issues with placing our order and Katie never once got frustrated and was so willing to help. Katie we appreciate you, you went above and beyond. Groomers Choice has such fast shipping which is so helpful.
I originally wrote a review because I was upset. It was all a misunderstanding and I feel horrible these are the nicest people who went way above and beyond. They went further than any business has ever gone before and I can be a tough customer, I know. I feel horrible I just really really really really really want to thank them. This is an amazing business with the best management and customer service I think I've ever experienced
I have been using this company for years to supply products for my grooming business. I order online then drop by the warehouse and pick it up often the same day. They have always been great if they don't have it here in Philly they send it out of SD and I have it in a few days. The service is terrific, friendly helpful people. Also if you call the customer service reps in Sioux Falls know their stuff and are very helpful.
