I initially walked in to their establishment to make an appointment for a facial shave and neck shave on my wedding day a week later. The receptionist lady said it could be done and I would get serviced Amy. When my appointment time came around, I made sure to show up on time but Amy took me in 10 minutes late - things like this happen so OK.
