I must stop in Highbridge for breakfast I sat at the counter watch my eggs being whipped up so the peppers and onions Grill before they went in the omelet as piles of home fries stayed warm for each customer friendly server and some really good coffee you don't want to miss this... They just need to get more star-ledger's in there in the morning cuz they go fast
I haven't tried their food yet. But if it's anything like their ice cream then it is to die for!!! I even got a t-shirt! Representin' the best!
The go too breakfast spot in the area.Pancakes the size of personal pizzas.A large selection of Welsh Farm ice cream .Great location by the river can eat outside on picnic tables close to the water.It gets a bit too crowded on weekend mornings so get there early.
I'm unsure how they're able to do it, but they serve up a fabulous meal with abundant portions by wonderful people at what I would call ridiculously low prices. I'm glad that I live on the other side of the country or I would end up eating there more often than is wise.
