Walked in for a haircut . Was asked if I had an appt . I replied No, that I was fine to sit and wait for an opening. Few minutes later, a gentleman walks in. Same question, same response EXCEPT Maureen ( the manager) tells him she can take him in just a moment. Finished her chat with others and calls him back. Terrible customer service. Walked out. Won’t be back.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! i have never experienced a staff SO unwelcoming and unprofessional ever. will completely botch your hair.
