I really had high hopes. I just wanted about an inch off the back and layers....O..M..G... I wish I never went. My hair is now above my shoulders, it was down to the bottom of my shoulder blades, a good probably 4"+ OFF and not at all what I asked for. Even mentioning it several times. I said my sides were fine length wise, but she still cut them to crap, now they dont even TOUCH my shoulders. I came home n cried, wish I had never even went. Right before the holidays. Thanks alot. We just went there for our first time and it was a fantastic experience for my toddler grandson! Brittany was great with him and very patient. Best haircut he’s ever had and very quick! Will definitely return.
