I was there so my kids could get a hair cut and was ashamed to be there , they were very unprofessional , they talk to you with attitude and the hair cuts were so bad ! We were waiting for so long and some lady came in and hair dresser by the name Kim took them In before us ! Do not go there !
Great place great service for the whole family
After getting my highlights done this past Saturday at the New Baltimore Mi. location I'll never go anywhere else!!! It was a very last min appt and emergency due to the fact that I originally had a 1pm appt scheduled down 23 mile rd, but when I showed up the stylist/owner basically turned me away by saying she can only do cap hilights on my medium length hair!!!! No surprise, it seems someone from Grondin's wrote the first (albeit favorable) review. However, I STRONGLY recommend AGAINST going to Grondin's. Being fussy about my hair, I trusted the "manager" there would do a good job coloring my hair last week. Even though I told her what I wanted, I was left completely dismayed. After 4 HOURS, my roots were left untouched, most of my hair was completely bleached out/over processed, and literally I had "white" streaks/highlights along with brassy spots. A local favorite of mine Jennifer is awesome and never ccuts your hair too short. Their prices on chemical services and retail products are the best in town. And they accept appointments.
