Do not believe guaranteed for life. They sent parts, two plumbers said the part were not the problem .” You need a new faucet” both plumbers and handyman stated. Grohe sent me back to Ferguson’s and they gave them the run around. Poor customer service for a very expensive product.
I tried to get a replacement shower valve from grohe at the beginning of may. When I called i was told that the first replacement was free and they’d ship it to me in a month. It’s now mid July, I still have to gotten the valve, called multiple times, and told it’s on back order. Meanwhile the valve is available for purchase in retail stores. As a German-American, I am embarrassed that this company claims to use "German" engineering. Their engineering for faucet spray nozzles breaks annually from regular use, requiring the customer to call their warranty department each year and wait a long time on the phone to get a replacement part. I suggest buying from a different company.
Amazing customer service! I bought a faucet from Amazon Grohe store. Little that I new, it came from EU and had metric threads. Went all over town to faucet supply stores, ace, HD, even local plumber was no help. I contacted these people and had 2 adapters shipped to me in 4 days, no charge!!! They even apologized for inconvenience, even though it was NO INCONVENIENCE at all! quick email, they answered next day, asking for some pictures and some measurements, and 3 days later the adapters showed up!
