We are new to Grogan's but the communication and customer service from Debbie is excellent and much appreciated. Her professionalism makes us excited to do business with the company.
Horrible service. Service guy Brandon drives right by doesn’t stop to clean. Save your money and use someone else.
Haven’t serviced in 3 weeks, keep calling to request a clean up and keeps pushing back day.
Terrible service. I do not recommend this company. For a month I have requested they service there portoilets and they do not. The photos are a unit that was just serviced. Thoilet paper was not in holder just set on tank and instantly soiled from feces and blue water. Feces on walls.
