Very poor customer service/The bill much higher than the original estimate We needed to have a bathroom vent and light fixture installed. An electrician from Groff Electric came to my place and gave me a bid. He said it will be about two hour work and the charge will be $150 plus $75 if we ask him to work on the duct. Our contractor worked on the duct so the charge should have been only $150.
