I recently shopped the Mt. Vernon, WA outlet and was offended that no store employees were wearing face masks. I questioned the checkout woman as to why and she replied, "because we don't have to". After leaving I called the store with the same question and was given the same answer. This lack of concern about the health of customers to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is rude and offensive and reflects badly on all Grocery Outlet establishments.
