RecommendedI love Grocery Outlet but the one downtown I don't care to shop at the manager Kathy she is so rude she goes around talking about all her customers behind their back and telling all her employees what she thinks about them I had a cashier tell me that the manager was saying bad things about me and I really don't know the girl like that I only go to there to shop but I guess every time she sees me and other customers she's talking about them wow that's not the kind of store I want to shop at

I have visited many Grocery Outlets in the Fresno area. I must say beyond a shadow of a doubt this location on W. Shaw is the best hands down. The staff is ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and overall pleasant. The store is in a safe neighborhood and is always tidy. Although their prices are competitive, they dramatically exaggerate their competitors prices.
