I used to do 80% of my shopping here but NEVER again. After shopping for 1 1/2 hours we go to check out (full basket) ready to pay I scan my debit card when I'm informed debit not working use credit so.I scan using credit when I'm informed credit is not working you have to pay with cash. I told Kathy Merrill ( Night Manager ) I don't carry cash. She said then we would have to come back. With a very non caring attitude! I offered a check which she refused. Always great prices and a great assortment. I'd say I do at least 60% percent of my shopping there with the rest between Walmart, Safeway, & Save Mart.
Horrible customer service by the supposed "owner" Arthur. Our car was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot while we were shopping, and when I asked if he could look at video, to get a license plate number, he said he was "too busy to talk to me".
I have been shopping here for many years. Unfortunately after today's experience I will not be going back! Terrible customer service.
Always such nice friendly people there. My son and I enjoy going in to see what's new. He even sings the song from the commercial.
I loved it I worked there almost 2 years hey Arthur if you get this would you ever rehire me I am doing really well and want to move home but need a job
