Terrible customer service. We recently purchased some hamburger meat at this location and both packages were rotten with a terrible smell we went to return them and they refused to grant us a refund!! We will never spend another penny here! I even noticed mold in their cheese and other shelf items that were past expiration dates! Be very aware of what you purchase here people I highly doubt they would pay for a hospital visit after consuming their rotten food! Worst store in Tuolumne county!! This place is so hit or miss. You can find good deals, sometimes great deals. But the milk, bread, and most of the produce are the same price as Safeway. But the customer service at check out is just AWFUL. Couple of days ago I watched them pay out cash to a guy for his EDB 'mistake', he walked out with cash in his pocket and a bunch of free groceries as a result. They kept people waiting almost 20 minutes in line and refused to open a new register. The other line was also stalled because it needed the night managers key. If... read more
