Couldnt get cash back on any register. Super inconvenient
Hood store with a geriatric wanna be rent a cop for security. Had a minor issue in store and that fake security followed my family to the car and step to my face trying to act hard as I'm holding my one yr old son.... real tough. They never.Had.anything stocked they all have hood customer service. Which is funny since they all act like they're executives for Google. Do not shop at that location.

Took my own grocery bag into the store trying to be green and a checker very loudly and rudely told me I had to leave it up front. When I returned my bag was not in sight and she placed my items in a plastic bag. I had to ask for my bag back. That was my first time going to Grocery Outlet in more than 3 years. It will be a while before I go back. I have never stolen anything and I did not appreciate that treatment at all.
I love the bargains found here but reading the posts I can understand why it's getting negative reviews for the security. I spoke with the security for awhile about checking bags. Apparently lots of shoplifting attempts have been made since they have opened but it reeks of profiling because no one asked me to check my purse but I have been asked to check my reusable shopping bags. Like that it's clean, friendly staff, well stocked and organics deeply discounted!
Like the store, but bad security officer! I am a weekly customer of your store and am appalled by the disrespect I received from your security officer for not having shoes on my baby who does not even walk!!!! I was embarrassed and stunned that he said I better have shoes on her next time I come in! I have 2 kids and shop other stores and have eaten at restaurants where shoes on infants was not an issue! He is toxic and will cost you a law suit with his fake badge!
