They don't accept vertical IDs for verifying alcohol purchases anymore. The cashier was rude to me when communicating this change, when confirming her actions with her manager she loudly misgendered me in front of a lot of people. The manager also didn't elaborate on why the policy existed so it just served to embarrass me more. It was extremely uncomfortable and I will not be coming back here
