RecommendedDear Grocery Outlet, I love you guys, but unless you enforce everyone wearing masks and using masks that actually cover nose and mouth, I cannot go back. Yesterday I went for my usual twice to three times a month run for low carb items, eggs, etc. I saw your employees wearing masks that were apparently made of clear plastic, that did not cover nose, it was open to fresh air at top, so,when they talk or cough or sneeze, the droplets are spread. I saw the owners harass, scream, and videotape a customer because she wanted to return the bad smelling meat she purchased from them. That behavior toward the public is inexcusable and I will never go there again. Completely trashy owners. I'm shocked. I've already called the Health Department because I smelled the meat container and it was rank. These people are selling old meat as new. DON'T SHOP HERE.
this place is just weird. I just bought a fixer upper house in Oroville. I couldn't even cook food for the first month In my place and everything was locked down. I would go to grocery outlets every 3 to 4 days because no one could afford fast food every meal every day (who wants to eat like that) everytime i go in i spend average 10 to 15 dollars. the very last time I step in that store I had a "manager" following me around like I was going to steal a 2 dollar item this juvenile wana b important "night manager" starts to fo... read more
staff was rude, selection was terrible. wait in like for a price check on an item that wouldn't scan was redicouluse even after I told him the price! not even an I'm sorry for the way.
RecommendedFriendly employees that always help me find items, pack my groceries and get me a cart when my arms are full. Why do I think it will be a " quick dash in to pick up just a few things" when it turns into a bargain mania I can't pass up all the good deals.
