went into your store today and it was super hot in there!!!! I asked the employee why it was so hot and he said the owner won't turn it on to save money!! I was leaving and seen a employee getting shopping carts looking like she's was going to pass out. This is how you do the employees that are working front lines for the owner while he's at home in the AC? RecommendedI have used GO in various parts of the country for about 10 years. I love the savings and during the plandenic you guys are maintaining your cool and treating your customers like human beings. Sadly, that good treatment is rare. I tell anyone who will listen how great you are. Question: is there a floss shortage?

Floss....It must be out in the warehouse...maybe everyone stuck at home is bored enough to floss their teeth finally? Just kidding. I know our Health & Beauty Aid Department Manager is aware of the shortage, and is looking for it in the warehouse. She says its been out for weeks but we will bring it back as soon as it's available to us! :) Thanks for the nice compliment, we are doing our best to never lose sight of why we're in business=YOU! My son has a medical condition that exempts him from wearing a mask based on inslee law and they still didn’t let him in. Their basically breaking he law.

I had items I was going to purchase that rang up at a higher price. I walked back with the checker Aaron who pulled down the shelf tags and told me that they are the higher price. Not even a “sorry “. I believe the price on the shelf should be what I pay. Needless to say I didn’t purchase those items. And probably won’t be back.
