This is my second go around with these idiots. They didn’t fix my Cadillac correctly when it was rear ended. But I gave them another chance and they screwed that up. Tony has no clue what’s going on. All he is concerned about is getting your out of pocket money. He admitted to me he put the wrong year door on my car which is resulting in the radio not going off when i open the driver side door. horrible customer service. Also, paying insurance party paid for Mitsubishi parts for my car and they got aftermarket parts instead that they willingly put on my car without authorization from me & this was NOT the agreement. Thank God I had someone with me to look at the car before I picked it up. I refused 2 accept my car in its condition, they ended up ordering Mitsubishi parts & taking additional 2 weeks to make things right which should have happened in the first place.
RecommendedWe had a large door scratch and fender dent on our 2018 GMC Acadia repaired this past week. The workmanship was excellent. It looks brand new again. Most wouldn't care much about anything else. However as a fellow business owner, I can tell you that the customer service was top notch. Everyone we encountered was honest, kind, friendly, and professional. My car was there for a month it was supposed to be done by a certain time and my husband and I went to take a look at it and there were still multiple spots that needed touch up and the bottom bumper was done half assed. I picked it up on Monday finally, and Tuesday it’s been making noises, there is oil leaking. I assume they didn’t test drive it before they gave it back and just looked at the things they saw wrong and didn’t look further into it.
I've had the "unfortunate" luck to use this shop three times. Grobens does impeccable work. The cars have been restored, perfectly and on time, every time. The service is always first class. Thanks Grobens. You're the best!

Thank you so much Groben's Auto Body for fixing our car in such a timely manner. Incredibly professional staff walked us through the process, listened to our issues (child with autism who has trouble adjusting to any changes, never mind not having his regular car), and finished the job before we had to leave for big kid's college graduation. We sincerely appreciate the effort you made to make this easier on our little guy. Highly recommend this body shop.
