This business is completely unreliable. Presented itself as “specialists” on trees and offered to install supporting cables on a tree to prevent it from splitting. Charged $600 and gave a simple receipt. One week after the installation the cable came loose. Called him to return and fix the problem. Said they would call to confirm when they would be back. VERY DISAPPOINTED and we should have looked at the reviews. Clearly there's a pattern of deceit and fraud. We paid Robert A**** half the agreed cost for services, $2,670.45 that were never provided. We asked about insurance coverage - he showed us a document and he assured us that he was fully covered for tree removal. We have made numerous attempts to contact, discuss and schedule to have the work done. Mr. A**** made repeated promises to do the work and never shows up. BEWARE 1 - His insurance does not cover tree removal!! 2 - He will give you sob stories and ask for money and then leave the project incomplete if you pay him! We hired Robert A***s at Grizzly's Tree Specialist to remove an Elm in our backyard. He gave us his insurance information so we felt comfortable booking him. While the job was going on a branch came down and broke our neighbor's fence, bent another neighbor's fence, and broke our deck. First off beware of this consumer my fellow contractor's. I received a call from Mr. S****** not his wife to remove a large Elm tree.I scheduled a time to come out and give an estimate.Apon arriving I came to see a super dead very large elm tree that had been neglected by the s*****s to the point of it decaying for the 16 yrs Mr. S***** had lived at the address.I spoke with him not once his wife about how the tree would be very hard to get down with out any damage.I was told by Mr. S***** that they were tearing down the all ... read more
