It’s a real bummer that I have to write a negative review because we had high hopes for these guys. They never showed back up for the job or returned my calls. I tried so many times to try and set something up so they could come finish the job, but, they just don’t want the work clearly! Very unfortunate. After 12 phone calls and 12 promises to return calls, only received one call. Charles then promised to have someone repair the floor the following day. No one showed. This is what I've come to expect from Grizzly's Flooring. NO customer service. Does not stand by what is installed. Makes numerous promises that are not kept. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
