Brought the truck in for new tires, and before leaving the parking lot once the new ones were put on I noticed some scratches on the rims that appeared fresh. When questioned if this may have happened from installing the new tires, they insisted for about 10 minutes that they WERE NOT responsible and I must have hit a curb. When asked to see camera footage that they promised to send me, I never received it. I brought home 3 of the old tires they replaced, and there is metal shards in the tires!!
