The worst property management ever they do not help you with any problems, its kinda sickening. I have 2 baby girls in my apartment and they are letting other renters smoke inside (not allowed in this rental)

Beware of Dan Williams! He refuses to return telephone calls. He claims to be licensed, however, I can find no record of his licensing with the state of montana. Mr. Williams is a thief. Do not trust this man...
I've lived in Grizzly apartments for over 5 years and they've always been awesome to work with- Especially Dan! Any fixes needed, bugs sprayed, etc- they were always a phone call away. Unfortunately to end on a sour note they are trying to charge us for things that I initially listed as not up to par on the original Condition of Rental report that I have a copy of.
