We were generally satisfied at first, other than several areas along the walls big enough for rodents to come in which should have been filled, especially since it's an end unit. Price was very good initially, but by the third month they increased the monthly rate by 40%! The contract states they have to give you 30 days notice- I didn't get any notice. I was renting a 10x15 unit initially for $180 a month. After a few months they increased my rate to over $200 a month. This past month they ran a promotion advertising the same size unit, 10x15 at the same location for $56 a month. I called their customer service twice and asked to be adjusted to this rate, they refused. I asked what kind of rate discount they were willing to offer me to keep my business, they said none, I wasn't eligible for a decrease.
