Clean, not crowded, and easy to use.
I was renting a 10x15 unit initially for $180 a month. After a few months they increased my rate to over $200 a month. This past month they ran a promotion advertising the same size unit, 10x15 at the same location for $56 a month. I called their customer service twice and asked to be adjusted to this rate, they refused. I asked what kind of rate discount they were willing to offer me to keep my business, they said none, I wasn't eligible for a decrease.
