Reel you in with a decent price, then 3 months later the rates go up. They adjusted it on a "discount" for another 3 months and it went up again. The gate was busted for almost 2 months, I guess clients contribute to the cost of repair. Shopping for another unit elsewhere
The place is very clean. HOWEVER. They just keep raising prices , and not just a little bit. Over $100 more a month. Corporate greed. When I called to complain, I was told oh well move your stuff out then. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
Demetria is an amazing employee
They will try to raise your rent by over $40 every 3 months.
